He began his adventure with cooking in his family home in Jordan. When he discovered that it was his calling he decided to translate his passion into a profession he loved. Therefore, he learned to cook under the tutelage of the best chefs in Jordan. He began his adventure as an assistant chef at the Crown Plaza restaurant, which is located on the Dead Sea. For 3 years he honed his skills in preparing Arabic cuisine at the highest possible level. He then worked as a chef at a 5* restaurant in Jordan. After seven years, he went to Saudi Arabia to gain experience in a restaurant located in the InterContinental Hotel. After a year, he came to Poland. He worked at the Jordanian restaurant Kan Zamaan, which is located in Warsaw.
He is originally from Pakistan, where he graduated with a degree in catering. He then began his apprenticeship at a 5* hotel in Lahore, where he learned Arabic and Indian cuisine as well as the art of Tandoori oven roasting. He came to Poland 4 years ago and has been working in Warsaw restaurants since the very beginning.

Our Karola is a very energetic and smiling person, no one knows our dishes better than she does. She always meticulously tells each guest about Middle Eastern cuisine.
